ANDSTAR welcomes all TREE SERVICE inquiries including Tree Cutting, Chipping and Trimming.  OSHA requirements for a tree service include the need for a second person to be on the ground if there's someone in a tree.  As ANDSTAR is a one person operation and it's a requirement to keep both feet on the ground at all times, our services are limited to that which can be done from the ground.
